What do online sessions look like?

I typically meet with clients for 1 hour at a time. This ensures a healthy pace and gives you the ability to implement changes and complete any follow ups before our next session.

Introductory or discovery sessions can go longer.

Do you teach Yoga exercise?

Yoga is more than just a form of exercise. It means union with one self and in all aspects of life-everything inside and surrounding us; union in mind body emotion and spirit.
